Red flags to watch for at a baccarat cashier
A licensed operator lists its brand and domain with PAGCOR. PAGCOR’s notice to the public names three sites that issue counterfeit certificates (verification.pagcorlicense.ph, licensing.newwavelicensing.ph and validator.pagcor-licence.ph), so a certificate page proves nothing on its own.
Other warning signs are pressure to deposit within minutes and a support chat that will not name the company behind the site.
Problem: the cashier still shows a GCash button next to the baccarat lobby. Fix: treat it as a question, not a route. GCash says licensed gaming top-up and withdrawal services were removed effective 16 August 2025, so ask support which company receives the money before you send a peso.
