An online casino is a website or app where you stake pesos on games run by studios you may already know by name. Money routes changed in 2025. GCash says licensed gaming services were removed effective 16 August 2025 in line with BSP Memorandum M-2025-029, and Maya disabled Lucky Games from that date. How to judge an online casino before you stake
Start with PAGCOR. It runs pagcorguarantee.ph, launched on 18 June 2025, and publishes two lists dated 20 October 2026: accredited gaming system administrators with their registered brands and domains, and licensed casinos’ brands and domains. Your first check is whether the name and the exact domain appear there.
Next, look at the studios. PAGCOR’s approved-games list includes JILI, PG Soft and Evolution entries, so a lobby that carries those studios’ titles has a reason to say so. Finally, price the exits. Ask what the minimum cash-out is, how long the platform says it takes, and which fees apply. A casino that will not state those on the cashier screen is a cost you cannot see.
