Casino odds are the rules that decide how much a game pays against how likely each result is, and the gap between the two is the house edge. House edge is simple arithmetic. If a game returns 96.73 percent to players over a very long run, it keeps 3.27 percent, so PHP 10,000 of total wagering has an expected cost of about PHP 327. That is an average over millions of bets; any one session can land far above or below it.

JILI’s pages print no RTP at all, and Evolution’s live game pages print none either. For those titles the honest comparison is rules, not percentages. A game that says “not published” is not hiding a good number; it simply leaves you without one.
How rules change the cost
Table games differ by what each bet pays and what the rules charge for it. Evolution’s pages show several examples.
- Commission and fees. In No Commission Baccarat there is no 5% commission on Banker wins, except that Banker winning on 6 pays 0.5:1. Lightning Baccarat adds a 20% Lightning Fee to each player’s total bet in exchange for multipliers.
- Side bets. Super 6 in the same game pays 15:1, and Dragon Tiger’s Tie bet pays 11:1 with the Suited Tie at 50:1. Those payouts look generous because the outcomes are rare.
- Random multipliers. Super Sic Bo applies multipliers of up to 1000x to some bet spots each round, and Lightning Sic Bo adds a 20% fee for multipliers from 5x to 2000x.
- Speed. Evolution lists a standard Baccarat round at 48 seconds and Speed Baccarat at 27 seconds, so the faster mode lets you place more bets, and spend more, per hour.
Red flags to watch for
- A site that quotes a big RTP with no studio page behind it, since JILI and Evolution print none
- “Guaranteed” or “hot” claims about a game
- A multiplier mode whose fee is hidden in the small print
